This policy explains what information the game collects, why, and the choices you have. The game is free to play, supported by advertising and an optional subscription.

Information we collect

The game itself does not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or contacts. The information processed is:

• Display name and avatar choice. You may enter a nickname of your choosing. It is stored on your device and, when you play online, shared with the players in your lobby or match so they can see who they are playing with. We recommend not using your real name.
• Game progress and settings. Scores, unlocked content, currency and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Advertising data. The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect your device advertising ID, IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device information, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
• Analytics data. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played (for example, which levels are completed and where players stop). This involves device identifiers, session events, device model and region. See Firebase Privacy and Security.
• Online multiplayer data. Online play uses Unity's online services. To connect players, Unity processes your IP address and an anonymous player identifier. No account registration is required. See the Unity Privacy Policy.
• Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation that a purchase is active; we never see your payment details.

How we use information

• To operate the game and its online multiplayer features.
• To show and measure advertising that funds the free game.
• To understand aggregate gameplay and improve the game.
• To provide subscription benefits (removing ads, unlimited online time).

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not collect precise location.
• We do not read your contacts, photos, or files.

Your choices

• Personalized ads: you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads on most Android devices).
• Remove ads: the optional subscription removes all advertising from the game.
• Data deletion: uninstalling the game deletes locally stored data. For any other request about your data, contact dev@khailabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The game is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The display name is optional free text; we encourage all players, especially children, not to enter personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Local game data stays on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Data processed by Google (AdMob, Firebase) and Unity is retained under their own policies linked above.

Security

Online traffic to our service providers is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we rely on Google and Unity infrastructure with industry-standard protections.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the game's store listing.
